Richard Gwynne, partner at Stephenson Harwood, is one of the leading experts on jurisdiction and enforcement.  Earlier this year he published two articles: Enforcement of EU judgments post Brexit: an exclusivity conundrum and Brexit and dispute resolution issues. 

During this interactive panel session, chaired by Donna Newman, partner at Stephenson Harwood, Richard Gwynne will provide a summary of where we are now on jurisdiction clauses and arbitration clauses in a post Brexit world and then answer your questions on the topic.  Richard will be joined by Laura John QC of Fountain Court Chambers.
